Shipping & Returns

We understand you want your order as soon as possible. That's why we do everything we can to process your order carefully and ship it as quickly as possible. Even if you want to return a product, we like to keep it clear and fair.

Shipping

We ship orders on weekdays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from PostNL with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to easily track your parcel.

Delivery Time

In most cases, your parcel will be delivered on the next business day. In some situations, for example during busy periods or due to external circumstances, delivery may take 2 to 3 business days.

If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us at info@kinex.nl. We will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Costs

For orders over €50, we offer free shipping.

For orders below this amount and for international shipping, shipping costs will be calculated. The exact shipping costs will be automatically displayed during checkout and depend on the delivery address.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to indicate that you wish to return a product.

Conditions

You may try on our products to assess the size and fit, just like in a physical store.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

not have been worn during sports or intensive use;
be unwashed;
be undamaged;
be free from obvious signs of wear.

How to return

If you wish to return a product, please send us an email within 14 days of receipt via info@kinex.nl.

You will receive further instructions from us for returning your order.

Costs for return shipment

The costs for returning an order are at your own expense.

Refund or store credit

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.

Instead of a refund, you can also choose to convert your return into store credit. You can use this store credit to easily place a new order in the correct size or colour.
