Shipping
We want you to be able to get started with your KINEX as soon as possible. If you order before 4 PM on a weekday, your package will be dispatched the same day. It will arrive as a letterbox package, so you don't need to stay home for it.
Delivery time
Your order usually arrives the next working day. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, it may take two to three working days. You will receive an email from PostNL with Track & Trace, so you can track your package. Haven't received anything after three working days? Email us at info@kinex.nl, and we'll help you investigate.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on orders over €35. Below this amount, and for international shipping, we charge shipping costs. The exact amount depends on your delivery address and will be shown during checkout.
Exchange & returns
We want everyone who wears KINEX to experience the right compression. You only notice if it's right after a few kilometres. So if it doesn't fit well after exercising, you can still exchange or return it.
Notify us within 30 days of receipt via info@kinex.nl with your order number, and we will provide you with the instructions.
Wrong size? Free exchange
If you exchange for a different size, we will pay for the return label. You can exchange for the same items in a different size, once per order. As soon as your return arrives, the new pair will be sent out on the same business day.
Not satisfied? Money back
The return shipment is then at your own expense. After receipt and inspection, we will refund within 14 days via your original payment method. Prefer store credit? Then you get an extra 10%.
What we ask
Not that they are unworn. But that they are returned washed, undamaged, and complete.
